Nick was great.

Excellent service! They had a technician here in an hour and a half to repair a broken spring.Aaron was very thorough, explained everything including pricing before proceeding with repairs. I was impressed that he had everything on his truck to repair the door, no waiting for parts.He had everything fixed in 1/12 hours. Extremely pleased!

Drew was very responsive to my request for an assessment of my garage door malfunction. He arranged a visit quickly; he thoroughly inspected the door and provided solutions to fix and maintain the door's long-term function and integrity. If price were not a factor to consider, I'd pick Drew to do the work. He seems very competent and professional. However, I chose a lesser solution with another company and a cost I can live with more easily. If I find I've made a poor choice down the road, I'll be calling back for Drew. Anita Flora

Replaced backup battery. Very expensive but should last several years. Joshua was prompt, pleasant and remembered me from a job at our former location.

Quoted me $850 for a job that I can do with retail price parts for under $125. No thank you.

My new garage door was making a clank noise at the end of it's opening cycle. James made a simple adjustment and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Also lubricated the hinges and springs. Perfect!
