Nick and his trainee were awesome! There were two garage doors needing attention and both techs were very efficient . My garage door run like they are new yet they are 27 years old. Very happy with Precision Garage Door services. Thank you also for hooking up my garage door opener too.

Ridge, the technician arrived on time and quickly ascertained what needed to be to be accomplished to lower the broken door. The work was done quickly and then provided options to repair or replace. We opted to replace and the order was promptly placed. Thank for your professionalism.

I backed up into the new garage door and dented it in two places. A technician came out gave me a quote for the repair, ordered the materials, emailed when the doors arrived and told me the date a technician was available. The technician contacted me this morning to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. The door looks great. So glad to have it back to looking like it’s brand new.! Joshua was incredible! He listened as I explain what happened to the door and we discussed options that were available to me. He was understanding and thorough. I so appreciated his calm and caring demeanor and professionalism. He was also very straightforward in communicating to me that he was not in control of the delivery schedule, but that he would notify me as soon as the door panels arrived

Replaced garage door seal. Ridge did a good job with the installation. Happy with the results, but thought the price of a he job was a bit high.
