Josh and Nick were amazing! They listened to my concerns, and were so professional. They explained my options and were so helpful. I had gotten another quote by another company and they quoted me several hundred dollars more than Precision for the same job. I would not hesitate to ask them for help again!

My spring broke, I called Precision and James came out that day, provided a quote with a few options. I picked the best one for me and James scheduled me for service the next day. James was on time, explained everything and provided high quality service! I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Yesterday Joshua came and inspected the previous repair/replacement of the springs to make sure everything was in good operating condition. As with the previous visit, he and Nick were very helpful. Thank you very much.

Wow what great service and response. Booked an apartment on the website at 10:00am and Aaron was at our place by 11:20. The spring broke and he recommended 3 options and had it repaired by 1:00. Highly recommend!

AFTER DISCUSSING MY GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM WITH ANTONIO I DECIDED TO REPLACE BOTH THE SPRING AND THE GARAGE DOOR MOTOR . HE WAS ON TIME AND READY TO GO TO WORK. HE WAS THOUGH AND VERY FAST AND VERY CLEAN . ANOTHER TECH SHOWED UP AND THEY BOTH COMPLETED THE JOB RAPIDLY. IT IS GREAT TO SEE THE TEAM WORK OF EMPLOYEES AS THESE TWO MRN SHOWED. I AM GIVING THEM BOTH 5 STARS AND WOULD RECOM END YOUR COMPANY IF ASKED
