Very prompt service. Courteous and competent. Really expensive. $500 more than it should have been. But they came on a weekend and did a good job. Would use again in a pinch. If you have a little time there are equally good companies out there that are more economical for the same quality of work.

Drew came out and explained everything that was going on with our doors. He had the parts and got it all swapped out that day. Only took him around an hour too. He did a great job!

James was very professional and thorough. You could tell he knew everything about the door, motor, and all the connecting assemblies which was appreciated. He is going to replace everything except the door and then install a motor.

Sorry it was 104 when the tech came to install our new garage door...James the sales tech review our selection and helped find the best options to get the results we were looking for..a garage door is a big statement, with lots of curb appeal. Technician (Joshua) did a great job quickly repairing my overhead garage door. Joshua explained the problems & provided corrective actions/solutions. His respectful demeanor was quite refreshing & pleasant to chat with. Thank You !

We contacted precision door regarding some issues we were having with our main garage door. I was surprised they made appointment for the same day a couple hours later. Drew (tech) arrived promptly, great customer service, diagnosed the problem with the door. Because we have a custom garage door that I was not aware of because of the large size, he had to order the parts which he tracked down at their warehouse. The parts were picked up and the door was completed in a couple hours. Now works perfectly with the parts that originally should have been installed with the door. We will refer precision door to ours friends and family and will always use this company if needed again. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks again to Drew and the precision door team.

Tony Sivero is a fine representative of your company. He was prompt, personable and explained all the issues as he saw them. I'm familiar with the workings of a garage door and his presentation was honest and did not pressure me for additional work. He worked hard and had my door working better, and quieter, in no time. Cedric's very professional, he explained what our problem was, what options we had to repair and the cost/warranties. He and Mason were able to make our repair quickly and they tested it carefully. We'd be happy to recommend Precision.
