Rob did a great job and was extremely pleasant as well. We highly recommend Precision and Rob!!

After failure of first appointments, Precision got field manager (Josh) to call and reschedule repair. Josh and Nick showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. Ordered new coils and cables and rescheduled repair. Again both showed up on time and quickly realized distributor provided wrong coils. They were able to repair the garage door w/o the new coils. Josh’s knowledge and professionalism was appreciated. Josh and Nick turned an initial bad experience into a completed job. I really appreciated Josh making this repair right.
