Communication was great. Service scheduled for next day. Christian on time, friendly and competent. Would use them again without hesitation.

Love the quick service. I called and they were here in less than 2 hours. Went straight to work and had my doors working like new in no time.

What a wonderful company! Cedric was able to come on the same day as I called. He was very knowledgeable and so courteous and gracious. He listened to me explain the symptoms and then went right to work. Since it was the holidays I opted to just have the spring tightened but will for sure call Precision in the spring to do a spring replacement. We called Precision because of their five star rating on google. And now we can see how they earned that! Christian and his co-worker were great! They were knowledgeable, hard-working, and we enjoyed spending time with them. They could have easily convinced us that we needed a new garage door, instead a new spring and rollers did the trick. They helped us understand how everything works and the maintenance we need to provide in the future. They will be our “go to” company in the future. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Drew was wonderful very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The service was wonderful from appointment arrangement to completion of work.

Cedric was an impressive Technician! He was very professional. He knew his products and services. He answered all questions in a way that I could understand clearly. He explained the trade-offs of the different springs and rollers. He carefully cleaned up after the work, even cleaning the fingerprints off the garage door surface! I chose Precision because there was a coupon in ValPak and they were rated highly on the Better Business Bureau website.

He did good. But we got wrong door we ordered the cascade. overall James did a good job!

There was a manufacturer issue with my new garage door opener, I called and they send out help within an hour! Excellent and friendly service! I highly recommend Percision!
