James was very professional and thorough. You could tell he knew everything about the door, motor, and all the connecting assemblies which was appreciated. He is going to replace everything except the door and then install a motor.

Sorry it was 104 when the tech came to install our new garage door...James the sales tech review our selection and helped find the best options to get the results we were looking for..a garage door is a big statement, with lots of curb appeal. Technician (Joshua) did a great job quickly repairing my overhead garage door. Joshua explained the problems & provided corrective actions/solutions. His respectful demeanor was quite refreshing & pleasant to chat with. Thank You !

We contacted precision door regarding some issues we were having with our main garage door. I was surprised they made appointment for the same day a couple hours later. Drew (tech) arrived promptly, great customer service, diagnosed the problem with the door. Because we have a custom garage door that I was not aware of because of the large size, he had to order the parts which he tracked down at their warehouse. The parts were picked up and the door was completed in a couple hours. Now works perfectly with the parts that originally should have been installed with the door. We will refer precision door to ours friends and family and will always use this company if needed again. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks again to Drew and the precision door team.

Tony Sivero is a fine representative of your company. He was prompt, personable and explained all the issues as he saw them. I'm familiar with the workings of a garage door and his presentation was honest and did not pressure me for additional work. He worked hard and had my door working better, and quieter, in no time. I was very pleased with the service Precision Door and Joshua both provided. On a Friday morning my chain sprocket sheared off and the garage door was totally inoperable (even manually). I was worried about getting someone to look at it before the weekend, but I called Precision and they were able to get Joshua over within the hour totally prepared to handle either a repair, or a new install. I wanted a new install because the old opener was 18 years old. Joshua was very thorough in his explanations of what each of the three options offered, which made the selection easy. Joshua’s installation of the new opener, eye-sights, and outside entry was very professionally done. Then he showed me how to maintain the hinges on the garage door and how to setup the outside entry. Highly recommend both Precision Door and Joshua Wood as their technician!

James was efficient and pleasant to deal with. The cost of needed repairs was a lot higher than I expected but he explained what he would do carefully and did a competent job as far as I can tell.

Opener had to be reprogrammed due to a power flicker. Device indicated code 35, an electronics failure. Seems very sensitive. Hope it's not going to be an ongoing issue. Tech was very good at showing me how to reprogram it.
