Cedric is a very pleasant young man. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the products and services available through Precision. He listened when we described the style of door that we wanted to replace our current garage door with, along with the extra features and details that we would like our next garage door to include. There was no "hard sell" involved - he respected our input and helped us to understand how our design preferences would look on the finished product. We let him know that we were interviewing several potential supplier/installer companies, so he followed up with us the next week, at which time he answered a couple more questions we had. It was a pleasure having Cedric visit us as a representative of Precision.

Anthony Poulos was the absolute best. He was very kind and did an incredible job installing my new garage system. He helped me install and setup the app to control my door from my phone and taught me all about garage door maintenance. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him and Precision Door Service. Thank you!

Came to fix a problem but fixed a problem that didn't exist and now the door will not close unless you hold the opener down.

The company staff were very courteous and professional. We had a broken spring replaced. Next day service was available and the recognition was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the remove and replacement very thoroughly. He conducted a complete inspection of the garage door and parts, provided an awareness of recommended maintenance but no pressure was applied to “sell” the recommendations. Very pleasant to work with. I would recommend the use of this company for your garage door repair or service. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I may be calling them back to still fix the problems I think it still has: the remote doesn’t alway close the doors.
