Ben was at my home earlier than scheduled. He worked steadily for 2+ hours—my initial request was just to replace 2 garage door openers that had quit working. He fixed many parts of the garage door its self, replaced the keypad and the pad that receives directive to open the garage door. The door now opens silently! Thank you so much!!!! Tamara Collins

OMG - so impressed! Fantastic customer service, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Very professional upon arrival. We went to the garage, and I showed him the issue. He told me my options, we went over the age of my current opener, and the issues I was having. Ryan then discussed all of my options and price differences. Each option was discussed. I decided it was more cost effective to do a new opener. Because it was later in the evening, I thought he would schedule for another day, but he changed it out and I now have a new garage door opener, that is not only so quieter than my last one, it is not only connected to my car, I have an app on my phone that I can open the garage door from anywhere, and it has a camera as well. The new opener also has a motion activated light. I am so impressed. Ryan cleaned up everything after, even took my old opener so I didn't have to worry about disposing of it. So thankful! Highly recommend!!

The install crew showed dressed in professional work clothing designating their representation of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I believe that proper designation identifying the crew is important. They started work right away after clearly informing me of the scope of work to be performed. Again, this provides a sound sense of security for me, the homeowner. I periodically viewed their progress. The dismanteling and removal of the old broken garage door was conducted in a clean and orderly fashion. The installation of the new garage door took longer than originally estimated because of needed adjustments of the components to ensure a perfect fit asthetically and operationally. The new door looks fantastic and operates quietly and smoothly. Very satisfied with the product and service.
