Christian was extremely helpful and honest when coming to fix my garage door. The amount of communication was amazing from the company and Christian specifically. He was efficient, professional, and had everything he needed when working on my door. I would highly recommend him and Precision if you need help with your garage door.

I was very pleased with my technician, Drew. He explained all my options, showed me my estimate and was very proficient. I especially appreciated his upbeat attitude. It is refreshing to have someone who truly loves his job and Drew obviously does.

Cedric did a great job! Even at the end of the work day, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and made quick work of fixed our broken spring! We, as a family, have used Precision in the past and they will always be our go-to choice!

The spring was not broken. I had a space between the floor and the door. It would have cost too much for me to have it fixed. Christian was very helpful with other things I could do. I recommend Precision!!

Great customer service. From the initial phone conversation to the completion of the job. Was pleased that you could send a tech the same day! Our tech, Cameron was very cordial and unknowledgeable. He offered me multiple options and explained the pluses/minuses and costs of each. I feel confident the repair will last longer than what I was expecting based upon his explanation. Door works as good as new!
