Drew did an absolutely great job, quick , efficient had all the parts with him, and I enjoyed his explanation of how the door system works… I would recommend Precision Door any time.

I was very pleased with the service and price. Your Drew really knew his stuff and he walked me through every part of his repair. Once completed, he showed me how to spray/oil my doors moving parts on a every six month rotation.

First rate job. Techs advised various different door openers; pros and cons. We opted for a WiFi connected Liftmaster (top of the line). Installation was efficient. Techs gave great tutorial instructions and programming assistance. Could not be happier. We’ve decided to opt for their annual “tune-up” maintenance program.

Cedric was an impressive Technician! He was very professional. He knew his products and services. He answered all questions in a way that I could understand clearly. He explained the trade-offs of the different springs and rollers. He carefully cleaned up after the work, even cleaning the fingerprints off the garage door surface! I chose Precision because there was a coupon in ValPak and they were rated highly on the Better Business Bureau website.

Christian did a great job with the garage door repair. He was professional and upfront with the information and did an incredible job explaining preventive maintenance as well as the repairs needed. He was able to perform the repairs while he was onsite and got me rolling again! Same day fix!
