I am very pleased with the professionalism of Josh from Precision. He arrived ahead of schedule and was very courteous. He listened to my concerns, inspected the garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues. Josh discussed the cost ahead of time for repairs, took the time to inform me on everything he would do, as well as gave me some options. Once I decided what I wanted done, he worked very efficiently, and our garage door operates like new. Thank you!

Christian was awesome and very respectful! He was friendly and very thorough. He told me about every concern that there was a put it in my court to make decisions based on what was important and what we could afford. He showed me the parts that were bad so that I could really see what was going on and he spoke to my husband over the phone and ran through it all with him so he could understand as he was not in town. I wanted a new pair of door springs and a new quiet door opener. Drew came out the next day and completed the whole installation in two hours. He also told me all about how to maintain the hardware and was friendly with the curious little ones. I also appreciated that he gave me relevant information and options without trying to push unnecessary products. Great experience!

Cedric was very professional. However I was charged 1250 for a spring and hardware. I would not recommend your company. The price was much higher than other companies. I should have done more research.
