Anthony provided a bid for future work. Out of 3 contractors, he was the only one to provide bid onsite. Very professional and courteous.

The technician showed up at my house and asked to borrow my chair in the garage to use to get up and look at my opener instead of getting his own equipment and stood up on it. He then fixed the garage door opener and noticed that there was an additional issue which he needed a part for. He charged me for it and said he would be back later to fix because he had another job to do. He then proceeded to leave my very expensive camping gear and lawn equipment outside and left. I had to leave for an appointment and haven't heard from him meanwhile my garage door still isn't 100% fixed and I've already paid in full. Not super happy with this experience since I've paid over a thousand dollars to you already and it's still a problem. Will not return or give referrals to anyone. Cedric took the time to remedy the problem - and it didn’t involve any extra costs. He explained everything and assured us that if anything came up, we could call them back. Great service!

The Tech, Christian was outstanding! Polite and efficient! He had our door fixed and took the time to address our other door that had a few small issues quickly. He was on time and explained the cost before he fixed it. It was a little expensive but if you want it fixed on Sunday, you have to expect that.

Excellent work! Came out for a quote on the day I called, great guidance selecting new doors, good communication along the way, smoth install. There actually was a small mistake, that I would not have noticed, they proactively pointed it out and were out next day with the part to fix it (that's the kind of company I do business with long-term). Christian and Ben pleasure working with you, great job!!!

Older door needed adjustment, bearings, brackets, ... Tech explained everything and serviced quickly.

Ben Great same day service. Called at 8am door fixed by noon same day. Also priced matched on the spot to get the job done promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and use again.
