Ryann charged me for a lube and tune. I paid to have that done in April. I didn't see that charge/line item until he emailed me the receipt after I paid. He did not perform a lube and tune. That should be credited back to me. This says broken door spring. The mount broke lose from the garage wall. The springs were not broke, however, they were installed in 2008 and Ryan recommended changing them out due to age. I was very happy that your company was able to make it out the same day.

Christian explained the problems and risks in terms I understood, which is amazing considering I am not at all mechanically inclined. Great service. Was surprised they answered at 8 AM on Saturday but they quoted me between 10 AM to noon and had a technician out to my house like right at 10 AM. Ryan the technician was super friendly and was finished in couple of hours. Would highly recommend.
