Had a broken garage door spring on an older home. Contacted Precision Garage Door for repairs, the staff was very helpful and courteous. They arranged for a repair tech to come out on same day. The tech who was sent is Rydge Olin, he was very courteous, and very skilled at the repairs. He did an excellent job very quickly for us. He explained points of the door to watch and care for and a company business card to contact him if any problems in the future came up. We are very pleased with the work and products.

These guys are the best. Answer the phone and provide service immediately. Couldn’t be happier.

Josh did a followup on my new door and opener that was installed about a week ago. He only took a few minutes and all was in good order.

I actually had the whole new door system replaced. Rob was very helpful (and patient) in answering all my questions and completed the job in a very timely manner. He cleaned up afterwards and hauled all the old door parts away. The new system is sooooo quiet! Love it and feel much more secure in knowing I have a great system. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Boise.

Broken spring was repaired. Technician came on a Saturday on time and fixed our door issue. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Even helped move stuff out of way to be able to work on door! I would highly recommend and will use them again for any garage door repair thanks

Aaron did a great job! He listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked out our garage door opener. He replaced our wall door opener and checked our runners. Very happy with his professionalism and expertise!

We so appreciated the same day service and Joshua was amazing and so kind when it seriously ended up being a sensor alignment issue. He only charged $25-30 for the house call but took his time inspecting all of the parts and educating me on what to look for as the system is getting older. He was friendly and warm and had such a wonderful and happy presence. I could tell he really loves his job and that also means to me he strong and supportive management who believe in him. He provided several quotes and recommendations without high pressure sales - - all very appreciated. We have definitely found our new service provider!

Was a bit taken back by the extra charge for fuel. I talked to the office before the service call and was quoted 29.95 for the call Turns out their was a fuel surcharge added, which brought our bill to close 50.00 Wish I was quoted that price. All the tech did was hit a reset button.

I was impressed with your service from the first phone call to schedule my service visit. My garage door would not open (car trapped inside!), and you were able to come the very next morning. A confirmation email and text were sent as well as a text introducing Nick, our service tech, complete with photo. Nick was here first thing in the morning and was very friendly and explained everything that was needed, recommended, and optional. From this, we agreed on a plan that was completed in about 90 minutes (Josh also showed up to lend a helping hand). Based on my overall experience, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to any of my neighbors and friends.

Excellent Service by Aaron on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend Aaron and Percision.

They came out an hour after I called. They didn’t charge for the call and offered three estimates to fix. Second time we have used them. Would totally use them again!!!
