Christian was awesome and very respectful! He was friendly and very thorough. He told me about every concern that there was a put it in my court to make decisions based on what was important and what we could afford. He showed me the parts that were bad so that I could really see what was going on and he spoke to my husband over the phone and ran through it all with him so he could understand as he was not in town. I would have him out again without any hesitation if I had another problem. Thank you so much for your great service Christian!

Opener had to be reprogrammed due to a power flicker. Device indicated code 35, an electronics failure. Seems very sensitive. Hope it's not going to be an ongoing issue. Tech was very good at showing me how to reprogram it.
