I felt Christian was very professional and understood garage doors. He was able to explain to me what happened and why and went about fixing the problem to my satisfaction. I hope to get a new garage door, as I see this one is quite flimsy and seemed to be installed poorly. Christian made sure that the bolts were the way they should be. Thank you for coming out on a hot Saturday.

I am extremely happy with the super quick response from Precision Door. Anthony was onsite and replaced my broken garage door spring within 2 hours. One of your competitors was going to make me wait 8 days out for an appointment. So when I contacted your company, I was totally amazed that your company was onsite within an one hour and had the broken spring replaced and door serviced, all within two hours from my initial call. Cameron was awesome to work with. He came to our house right on schedule, explained what options I had as far as the repair and gave me tips on how to make my garage door springs and hinges last longer. We were very happy with the service.

Cedric was great. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had to come back after the install to make an adjustment and he came quickly and took care of the problem. Our new door is quite and really adds to the crub appeal. We appreciate the quality and professionalism we received.

Ryann charged me for a lube and tune. I paid to have that done in April. I didn't see that charge/line item until he emailed me the receipt after I paid. He did not perform a lube and tune. That should be credited back to me. This says broken door spring. The mount broke lose from the garage wall. The springs were not broke, however, they were installed in 2008 and Ryan recommended changing them out due to age. I was very happy that your company was able to make it out the same day.

Quick response to the broken door. Temp fix till materials available

Christian was very knowledgeable and very nice. He came out just a couple hours after I called for possible repair. We discussed the damage to the door and it would eventually need replacing. He gave me the options and I decided to go with a new garage door since they were in stock and he said installers were available.
