We were impressed by the company’s text updates and by calls from Cedric telling us about delays in being able to obtain the necessary materials. I want to thank the service tech who came out to help me with my garage. His name is Ryan. He called to let me know his arrival time. He came over and we went to the garage

OMG - so impressed! Fantastic customer service, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Very professional upon arrival. We went to the garage, and I showed him the issue. He told me my options, we went over the age of my current opener, and the issues I was having. Ryan then discussed all of my options and price differences. Each option was discussed. I decided it was more cost effective to do a new opener. Because it was later in the evening, I thought he would schedule for another day, but he changed it out and I now have a new garage door opener, that is not only so quieter than my last one, it is not only connected to my car, I have an app on my phone that I can open the garage door from anywhere, and it has a camera as well. The new opener also has a motion activated light. I am so impressed. Ryan cleaned up everything after, even took my old opener so I didn't have to worry about disposing of it. So thankful! Highly recommend!!

Anthony was on time to service our door, and explained all the options to make repairs. He was able to replace the springs, rollers, and Opener along with explaining all the new features. Great service.
