Actually, the door spring is fine. I just wanted an overall check of the door and possible bottom rubber replacement. The technician, James Foust, checked everything out explaining how it all worked. I asked him to give me a quote on door replacement as well as the bottom rubber replacement. I was impressed at how much useful information he gave me.

Techs did a great job of keeping me informed of the install process as well as instructions for post-install care. They were professional, efficient and left everything clean. Great service!

Excellent service! They had a technician here in an hour and a half to repair a broken spring.Aaron was very thorough, explained everything including pricing before proceeding with repairs. I was impressed that he had everything on his truck to repair the door, no waiting for parts.He had everything fixed in 1/12 hours. Extremely pleased!

Used a coupon from Eagle/Meridian Hometown Values savings magazine for a $29.95 garage door tune up listed as a $89.95 value. Highly recommend. James was knowledgeable and professional. He explained why my garage door was squeaky/noisy and showed me why the rollers sounded that way. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just a recommendation for now or in future. He lubed the rollers and they are definitely quieter.

Drew was very responsive to my request for an assessment of my garage door malfunction. He arranged a visit quickly; he thoroughly inspected the door and provided solutions to fix and maintain the door's long-term function and integrity. If price were not a factor to consider, I'd pick Drew to do the work. He seems very competent and professional. However, I chose a lesser solution with another company and a cost I can live with more easily. If I find I've made a poor choice down the road, I'll be calling back for Drew. Anita Flora
