When the cables slipped off my 180lb garage door Friday afternoon, I knew I needed it repaired as soon as possible since I am moving my furnishings and listing my home for sale within a month. I made an appointment online for a 4:00 PM assessment. Joshua Wood was not only prompt, professional, and able to determine the problem, but also had the tools and parts with him to make the repair immediately! He finished the repair in time for me to make my 6:30 dinner reservation and I can transfer the warranty to the new homeowner. I could not be more thrilled!

Excellent customer service. Antonio discussed what was wrong with my garage door and educated me on what needed to be done to repair it. He showed me the bend on the rod and twisting in the springs. I knew then that the repair was necessary. Although I was surprised on how much the repair would be I was happy to pay the price. Such a nice repair man. 5 star service.

We were able to get someone sent out within a few hours and Tony was great! Tony determined why the spring broke, and explained it, and the best way to correct/repair it, in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that instead of just replacing the broken spring, which would have been putting a short term bandaid on the actual problem, Tony fixed the issue that was left by a different company a few years ago, and he warrantied his work. I highly recommend the company, and Tony personally!

Tony was fantastic. He arrived promptly and within the window provided, explained clearly our problem and options, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He even tightened some bolts that had come loose and lubricated the door wheels as an extra service. Great job.

We had a positive experience today with Cedric and Precision Garage Door. Our call was answered by a pleasant person and Cedric was at the house exactly when he was scheduled to be there. Our spring was broken and he took the time to explain each repair option available. After the repair was done, he made sure we tried it and also know how to open the door manually, if needed. We couldn't be happier with the company. Cedric represents you well.

Our garage door broke (with our truck stuck inside the garage)and Precision was here within an hour. Cedric, the technician, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician clearly explained all possible services and pricing before the work was started. All parts were available in his truck, and the diagnosis/repairs were completed within 30-40 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I would 100% recommend Cedric and Precision Garage Door Service!

Cameron was proffesional and personable. Communication from the company was good and he showed up on time. Service was a little pricey but I think a lot of things have gone up the past few years. Got new springs the right size and he lubed everything up for me, door works great. Would use Precision again.

I just want to say what great company . I just can’t comment enough on customer service starting with Cameron and I putting together my whole package belt drive and new doors .We got it done in two days from start to finish.
