We called Drew Lobey (Precision Door Service) at 10:00 am and we had a new garage door installed by 5:00 pm. Very professional workmanship and answered all questions. Excellent work

Christian came out same day, on a Saturday late afternoon. He immediately walked me through the type of repair required and what was his suggested repair for having the garage door up and running. He was not pushy at all and did not try to upsell the repairs, we took his recommendations on the extent of the repair so that our garage door was operational and safe. He informed us of all that he was going to do before he started working. He exceeded our expectations in all avenues, he was polite, energetic, knowledgeable, and skilled. He also walked us through the entire repair process after he was done, as well as the maintenance steps that we can take to keep the door functioning at its best for years to come. Christian also made suggestions for future work that will be needed and how we can go about it. He takes great pride in his work, and paid attention to all details including clean up and asking if we had any additional questions. We would highly highly recommend using Christian for any garage door repairs/installations.

Drew do a fantastic job!! He carefully inspected the issues and provided me great details of what needed to happen to fix it! His communication is top notch! I appreciated that he inspected everything to see what we truly needed and not try to oversell us things we did not. He walked through each point, showed me what was happening and also provided me a great recap when finished, along with some helpful how to’s for self maintenance for my door system. Cedric and his helper we’re here on time and started work right away. They informed me that it should take no longer than an hour to install. I was very happy with a Work that they did very professional very polite gentleman. More important is they were great listeners they did exactly what I wanted them to do. You need to give them a raise. 😎

Excellent and speedy customer service. DREW AND CHRISTIAN did a very good job and were very professional. Will use again when the need arises I might add that it was very expensive, over $900. This was for a new spring and rollers on the old door plus a door overhaul.

Drew and Christian were very informative and explained the main differences in garage door components. They were very efficient in replacing the garage door parts.
