Anthony arrived when he said he would and promptly proceeded to replace our broken spring. He was friendly and proficient. Overall I was pleased that Precision Door Service was able to take care of the problem as quickly as they did.

If I could give it ten stars, I would. My garage door motor and hardware were literally falling apart, and from beginning to finish, so from estimate to delivery and installation of the new one, took only a day or so. Precision showed prompt service, great communication, and willingness to go the extra mile to get all set up. Special shutout to Anthony for working with me on the estimate and for being so professional and Christian Reidling for courtesy, expertise, technical skills, and politeness. Just awesome.

Christian was amazing. He was efficient and was able to fix my garage door after 2 other phone calls with a different company wasn't able to do so. He was polite and entertained my 4 year Olds questions rather than being annoyed by him. Customer service goes a long way with me and he his a phenomenal asset to your team!
