I wanted a new pair of door springs and a new quiet door opener. Drew came out the next day and completed the whole installation in two hours. He also told me all about how to maintain the hardware and was friendly with the curious little ones. I also appreciated that he gave me relevant information and options without trying to push unnecessary products. Great experience!

Very pleased with yor quick responce when our spring broke preventing us from using our garage. Tony was courteous and explained everything that needed to be done and went right to work. Hopefully we'll have another 10 yrs of flawless use. Thanks again...Bob Burger

Cedric was very professional. However I was charged 1250 for a spring and hardware. I would not recommend your company. The price was much higher than other companies. I should have done more research.

Our home recently experienced a garage door issue, opening on its own without controller use. Phoned Precision Overhead Garge Door Service and technician Cedric arrived on the same day I placed my service request call. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and repaired same. Would not hesitate to strongly recommend the team at Precision.
